Changes in Profile API: pickupPreparationTimeHours is deprecated.
New fields released: fulfillmentTimeInMinutes, businessHoursLimitationType, scheduled, scheduledTimePrecisionType, timeSlotLengthInMinutes, allowSameDayDelivery, cutoffTimeForSameDayDelivery.
Changes in Orders API: extraFields field is released, contains information about delivery date and time.
